  • Are you an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP)?

No - we are completely independent of Apple. This allows us to be far more flexible - here are some things we can do, that Apple prohibits AASPs from doing:

We can source, sell and fit parts that are outside of Apple’s “service cycle” of five years;

We can source parts from wherever we like;

We can choose to repair parts instead of having to buy (and hence sell you) whole new ones;

We can offer you far cheaper replacement parts than those sourced from Apple (the same parts, from the same manufacturers - just without the Apple sticker and associated price tag).

  • Are you insured?

Yes, we carry both £1,000,000 public liability cover and £250,000 professional indemnity cover. In addition, the contents of our workshop at any time are fully insured against fire, theft and disaster.

  • Can I ring you to talk about the services we can offer you?

Marketers: If you have a service you wish to offer us (however wonderful, shiny or revolutionary), please send us an email. Do NOT cold-call us - it’s rude, intrusive and wastes both our time. If you insist on calling, please don’t be surprised if we hang up on you.
